User Experience is an area that we often hear in the aspect of creating new and refining existing products on the market.
In UX what matters is a overall experience - from the moment when customer hears about the product, up to purchase, usage, service, maintenance and upgrade. Everything counts - graphic, manual and functional design and entire usability. The basis of UX is to ensure that customer can find value in the product that company provides them.
Properly designed user experiences have a key impact on the creation, development and implementation of the product, and most importantly - on it’s success among the mass of competing products. Involvement of UX specialists has a key role in the final product verification among competitors and is an advantage over those that are not oriented towards usability and functionality for the end user.
Data driven UX can be described as effective solving of design and business challenges using gathered data. It is about making design decision by evaluating data that speaks of user behavior, preferences, likes and unlikes.
The first and fundamental step is to analyze the (business) requirements that the client specifies. We have to define the data we need to begin our work. We evaluate project for feasibility and establish schedule.
Prototyping is one of the most important step in the design process. We show sample version of a final product, which is used for testing prior to launch. We are making each action useful and delightful for the user.
In this step we design the user interface mock ups, giving the client a much deeper appreciation of what the finished product will look like.
This part is to check design, analysis all the data from users using products, then give the solutions and recommendation to improve the function or design.
