Our recruitment process is pretty simple. It consist of three steps. Most important part is first interview. Usually it takes about 30-45 min and on this call we are asking all question related to the position the candidate is applying. Second step is conversation about future cooperation. We are talking about availability, when candidate will start, etc. Last step is sending draft of the agreement and when everything is ok signing fresh contract.
